Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

All return requests must first be reviewed and approved by Flextribe before items are sent back.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

After review and approval by Flextribe:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, or
  • A refund may be issued depending on the situation

We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue before approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation.

Refunds apply only to the purchased product amount.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges
  • Customs duties or import fees (if applicable)
  • Any additional service fees

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
